Recap From Saturday's Podcast: Segment 1: LGBT Mental Health Segment 2: Preventative Health Segment 3: Gender roles and community effort

**Misspoke during my last stream about film "Chaos Theory". IT IS NOT ABOUT GENDER DYSPHORIA but another pressing issue. GREAT MUST WATCH, THOUGH

Today's Podcast Overview:

Segment 1: Learning how to trust again, Forgiveness debate, when to, and how to. Some people believe you should forgive even if person has not requested your forgiveness. Will God really not forgive you if you don't forgive? Is forgiveness only a state of mind or do we need to actively make peace with a person we've hurt knowingly? At what point can one learn to trust again?

Segment 2:  Addressing men's overall health. What is needed from them? If they are to be pillars of society are they getting the best treatment? Benefits of trade jobs, spending more time outside. Correct Diet. Recently Watched Food Choices documentary where they discuss plant based diet and men's issues. Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, another documentary of reversing many health concerns.

Segment 3: Seasonal Prep in regards to relationships, physical and mental well being during cold seasons. Suicide prevention, stronger preventative health measures to ensure you can stay healthy during holidays. Make plans for new years. Make peace with everyone.

Respect Rules and Regulations

2 Timothy 2:5  "And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules." I find it interesting how mad people can get when a referee makes a bad call during a sporting event. I find it very interesting how angered and outraged a group of peoople will act when they're under the impression their team should have won, and lost due to rules being broken and someone failing to do their job right and make the correct call.  Many of these same people committed to these teams and their strict terms of correctness, also tend to ignore many rules of life.   I won't deny  that many rules are arbitrary, don't make sense and are designed to disenfranchise groups of people. Many are forced on people that deny your right to life.  Combat those things with respect. If it goes against your conscience which is part of you, you have the right to defend yourself. Those who are in power also are expected to lead, following rules wi...
