Taking a break this week to discuss issues surrounding the Forces of Habits: Homelessness, addictions, reasons behind it, and possible solutions. 3 Major Talking Points : 1 Commentary and Catalyst Behind The Use 2 Drugged Up Homeless Nation 3 Can WE Fix This? Possible Solutions

Segment One: Catalyst Behind the Use-Commentary and reasons people are addicted to controlled substances
-Objective in having these Social Causes discussions: Better understanding of our history to better understand the present circumstances many are faced with.
- What in the history was taking place during certain expansions of specific controlled substances? During WWI Morphine use was made more popular. Many wars took place due to controlled substances. In today's climate, what is the greatest cause in the spike in drug use?-Helplessness. Loss of Purpose. Extreme untreated trauma. Conditioning and mind control through use of substances by the exploitation of elites, the rich and powerful.
-What makes us crave stimulants?-Our body's natural desire to feel and experience pleasureable things.
Segment Two: Drugged Up Nation Homeless Crisis-Who's On Drugs and Why?
-"Dark Paradise: History of the Opiod Addiction in America" book by David T. Courtwright which brings attention to suicide and overdoeses at hand of opiods. Teen prescribed hard dugs becoming addicts seeking street drugs. Middle Aged white males affected drastically
-Crack epidemic plaguing Communities of Color. Documentary Unseen talks about the extreme downside of this crisis and countless victims.
-Prostitution enables and amplifies all addiction, includng sex addiction and dependency. Enables trafficking and more abuse of drugs.
-Children prescribed medication in school showing link to meth use in adulthood
-Migrant Workers forced to work in extreme conditions in long hot climates needing something to keep them going end up addicted. Well notated in Vice Documentary.
-Psych Meds prescribed by shrinks resulting in chemical dependency on the drugs, withdrawals potentially causing either extreme discomfort or death.
-War Veterans dealing with past battles, living in shock or survival mode still. (The Body Keeps The Score documents this well)

Segment Three: Can We Fix This?-Understanding the mindset and possible solutions
-The Mindset and Biblical Backing:
1 Thessalonians 5:12-22- How we really need to act. "14 And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle,[a] encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. 15 See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."

Also realizing 2 Thessalonians 3:6-15-"6 Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us."

-Colossians 2:16-3:1-11-"V-20 If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— 21 “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” 22 (referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings?"

-1Corinthians 10:23 -"23 All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify." , 6:12-13-"“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything"

-The Physical: Nutritional Support, internally healing. Many nutritional deficiencies directly related to mental decline, EX: magnesium and vitamin d increase reduces depression.
-Realizing: many are stuck in altered States-most in survival mode-some completely lost demon possessed-others are content with lifestyle-many can't work a conventional job-some just want free stuff or going to lie and cheat because that's all they know-Some have no choice due to modern day slavery.

15 December 2021 Dream

Dream last night was trying to meet someone outside to talk in person. Guess I got impatient.  Was outside at night fall. Was able to read street sign that read "Lara". Walked down the road to food joint. Inside I see some small black square shaped folding table, that some well dressed Mexican man was holding up, then allowed to fall and collapse. I was frustrated and annoyed that he left that mess. I attempted to fix the table. He quietly laughed to himself at my struggle.  I start laughinig like him in a mocking way. There were a couple of small stuffed pillows that I tossed to the ground with every laugh walking towards him. He looked at me pissed off and angry. A full cup of Coke in a paper cup with the lid on sat on the table where he stood next to it. He knocked it over and it spilled all over the floor leaving a long trail throughout the entire length of the restaurant. I hopped over it and said, "I'm not cleaning that. (Perspective) Biblical: " Jesus And The Departed "

Matthew 18:1-7 . Matthew 19: 13-15 "At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, 'Who then is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?' Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My Name receives Me." -Matthew 18:1-6 Jump forward to Matthew 19:13-15 . So now little children are brought to Jesus so that He may pray and bless them, but the disciples rebuke the children. Jesus responds, "Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for such is the kingdom of Heaven. He laid hands on them and departed from there."
